Our travels
In 2021 we sold what we thought was our ‘forever home’ in Melbourne and travelled Australia full-time with our then 3yr old and 6m old. The absolute experience of a lifetime (but underestimated with such young kids!)
After 18m and a little dip in our mental health we realised that no matter where we were, we felt most at home and grounded by the ocean and hence ‘Salty & Home’ was born.
Our home
We resettled on the Coffs Coast of NSW for its work opportunity and beautiful oceanside lifestyle.
But Salty and Home has never been about a place, it’s a feeling.
That big exhale as you stick your bare feet in the sand, dive under a salty wave and tip your face to the sky making your problems feel smaller and life more inspiring again.
It’s our nostalgia, comfort and inspiration all wrapped up.
And that is my hope for you when you wear our pieces.
